Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Someone called me immediately! My issue was resolved !.

I renewed my credit card, so I needed to update my cc info. It did it online, but for some reason it didnt go through/get processed/get entered. Since Nov 23, I have been attempting to PAY my outstanding balance. Three times I have called and spoken to representatives. Each time, they assure me my cc info is updated, and Ive no longer got an outstanding balance. Stinking lies. For whatever reason, my info doesnt get put in. And I still owe 210. As soon as I settle my balance, I am cancelling my 5 year subscription to WSJ wines. Work on your customer service. As it, it totally sucks.

I received my second case of wine first part of October, six the bottles were corked!!! I called regarding this problem the third week of October, no satisfaction since I did not save the bottles, then I canceled my subscription. The following week I received a call telling me my ordered was ready to ship, I again explained I had canceled do to 6 bottles of corked wine. And again cancelled. Customer service is very bad and upsetting. I will not recommend WSJ wine club to anyone.

Terrible customer service

II ordered and paid for the initial shipment of 12 bottles of wine. After three weeks, I still have not received the order. However, the company misdelivered that shipment to my son (different surname, another state). Although federal law permits the recipient of unsolicited merchandise to retain those goods and treat as a gift, the company insists that he take them to the post office and return before it will deliver to me the order for which I paid. A total ripoff!.

I've had the same issue with poor delivery. Takes weeks for delivery following order. Competitive online vendors do MUCH better.

During the Covid disaster I joined several wines clubs and ended up keeping WSJ as my go-to. Great selection, great promotions, easy shipping to Florida. Customer service is outstanding and personal wine advisor raises the experience to a new level. No complaints whatsoever.

Wine club delivery

It has taken almost 2 weeks for the Wine Club to put 12 bottles of wine in a box and ship them to me. As I was going to be out of the country beginning on 9/20 until 9/23, I made numerous attempts to get a ship date out of customer service. They refused to give me an actual ship date. I finally told them that the shipment had to be shipped no later than 9/19 or I would be unavailable to receive it. Customer service told me the usual - ship to neighbor or Walgreen's or Walmart. As I expected, the wine FINALLY shipped on 9/20 to arrive on 9/21. I'm out of the country and when I go on FedEx to "manage" my delivery, I get this: Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve Delivery Options at this time. So, I've given the job of "managing" my delivery back to customer service, who now says they have no control. You are the shipper and you pay the FedEx bill. Customer service needs to get off their butts and solve the problem that they have created.

WSJ Wine is trying to send a new unauthorized consignment and forcing me to accept. I want to stop this consignment before it reaches me. But I cannot reach WSJ Wine either by phone or online. Terrible situation.!! Pl advise what I do to stop and remove my name from Wine club list.

Trying to cancel unauthorized shipment. Website offers no suitable entry. Phone does not respond --after 50 min of recorded "imminently" will now notify credit card co to contest unauthorized payment.

Canceled my membership in Nov 2019 after they couldn't get my orders correct. They are now claiming I owe them for a case of wine delivered in December 2019 which I NEVER RECEIVED. Have been trying to resolve this with them since last March and every customer service rep says it's fixed, only to gat another bill the next month. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
